Stuart Coleman was raised in Bondville and has spent a lifetime serving the Winhall community. From the age of 10, Stuart worked alongside his father at Coleman's Auto in the heart of the Bondville. For more than 50 years, he owned and operated the family business, providing trusted automotive repair and towing services while building lasting relationships with generations of local families. He has been a member of the Winhall Fire Department for 57 years, including serving as Fire Chief, and still responds when emergency calls come in. Stuart has served on the Winhall Select Board for 12 years and as Board Chair for the past six years.

A lifelong community volunteer, Stuart helped organize the Winhall Rescue Squad with his wife, Barbara, and served for 17 years. He is President of the Bondville Cemetery Association, and has been active in the Masons, Shriners, and Eastern Star for decades. Whether serving as a firefighter, rescue volunteer, business owner, or community leader, Stuart has spent a lifetime putting service before self.

Stuart and his wife, Barbara have been married 51 years. They raised four hard-working, professional and respected children, and are proud grandparents of four grandchildren. Stuart brings a lifetime of experience, service and commitment to the people of Vermont.
